A Late Meeting
Met up with some army friends today, catch up on old times and to find out who's doing what now. The gathering was fun, had dinner at Carl Jr., then went to play DOTA with them. Though most of our skills are lousy. Learnt a few new tips today.
I was late for today's gathering. Was busy with blk comm helping them buy plants for the rooftop. Felt kinda like a excursion like that. When you're stuck in hall with nothing to do, blk comm will be there to take you out for an excursion. Actually, they're just using me for my extra pair of hands. Hehe... but it was fun to see the progress they're having. Good job good job...

Was suppose to meet my friends at 6pm. It wasn't until one sms me at 6.45 to ask if I was coming that I realise about it. Was stuck for a moment, since I kinda wanted to go dinner with my hall mates as well. One even told me, "since so late liao, dun go lah." Tempting, but I haven't met my friends for a long time and I wanted to know how they're doing. So this urge was more that the other and decided to pia taxi down to Carl's Jr.

B4 we know it, we DOTA-ed till bout 11 and it was time to head home...

Back to my room again.... more stuff to tidy up...

Post Christmas Activities
Boxing day was rather boring. Doing nothing much until my friend jio-ed me to watch soccer. So all the ka-kis met at his place and we LAN-ed while cheering our soccer team on. Other than that, it's been quiet... until...

The SEP emails are now coming fast and furious. Then gotta do up referrals as well. Thankfully training was cancelled today. But now is the calm before the storm. Coming up next would be more SEP stuff to settle, more outings, more trainings and lastly, it's time to start planning modules all over again.

I'LL BE BACK...

Christmas is in the Air
It's Christmas. Went over to my grandma's place for the usual Sunday lunch. But we kinda had a mini Christmas celebration of our own. With my young cousins getting presents. Here a few pics I took from my handphone.
My baby cousin Kenneth with my sisters trying to get a pic of him... All red with a Santa hat to top it off. He's wearing a Liverpool jersey here.

Never wrong to start young eh... Hehe

For dinner, we went out the Changi Village where there a recent new restaurant called Thai Village Restaurant. Here's what we had. Grouper, Sea Cucumber, Prawns, Toufu, Spinach and Pork Ribs. The food was average, the service was alright, could be more professional but can see the effort.
However, this wasn't a Christmas dinner but a belated bday dinner for my grandma. It's been delayed for quite while and this was the only time when I really stayed at home for a while and have a chance to eat out.

Spent last night at the chalet with my JC friends celebrating Christmas Eve and also a birthday too. It was fun with all of us gathering together again. It's been 6 years already, but it felt like longer to me. We're all grown up now, but I can see we're all young at heart.

This Christmas has been one of the best I had since my grandaunt passed away a long time ago. Where we used to have dinner at her place and we would have christmas presents by the christmas tree and all the kids would go home with something in their hands. I guess that's the family warmth you get in Christmas.

It's gonna be Christmas
Christmas is coming...
Been training the past week, just had a Christmas dinner, a few more coming up. Seems uneventful, but somehow it's been a week of deep thoughts. It's just that when you don't much to do, you start to really think about things and how they work out. Or whether what you did was right, or to think about what the next step should be. These few things were bothering me for a while, and I really want to put a close to it, but I can't find closure...

Dinner was great, so was the effort for the SWOC treat. But things are changing, and it's time to take action...

From Selangor to Siloso
It's been ages since I last came here... so I'll do quick recap.

After the exams on the 30th, which was alright, it was straight to zouk for my first mambosince it renovated. Boy it was packed like sardines, you could hardly move. But still the crowd was good, the good old songs and babes.

Rest one day, then it's off to Kukup. Good old bonding chalet style. Game of mahjong, cards and karaoke.

Rest another day, it's off to Kuala Selangor Firefly Park for my astrotrip. The fireflies look like christmas lights on the trees. The night sky was ok. On the 2nd day, had a day trip to KL and boy the pirated cds was in abundance, the stuff was cheap compared to S'pore. Along the way, also had an A&W meal. In all, the whole trip was kinda like a nostolgic trip back to the good old days.

Back in S'pore in the evening, then it's Zoukout at nite. The crowd was good, the music not bad. It rained and so we dance in it like it never rained. I guess the rain just spiced things up a bit. Dance on the podium too. Met a few hot babes along the way. The only funny thing was I never really got drunk or high enough. Guess my alcohol tolerance has increased a lot since last year.

Rest another day, it's back to normal swim training. Then before you know it, it's sports camp.
First day was tiring. Imagine running and swimming all day. My muscles are sore to the core. Now into 2nd day, I dunno whether can tahan or not. Tmr still got another swim training. We'll see. Now, my body needs to rest.

I think I've neglecting some people, so sorry about it. But I have a lot of things on mind right now. Until I settle them, would my heart be at ease.
