Quotes
My post it notes are overcrowding. Some of which are ideas to blog about, but I'll keep it short n sweet this time round. Here's some quotes, which I think are quite nice.

'I don't want to set the world on fire. I just want to start a flame in ur heart....'

'If tears could build a stairway...and memories were a lane...I would walk right up to heaven...and bring you back again...'

I've just added a new link to my websites. It goes to Myspace website, where I turned it into a lyrics site. Basically songs which I heard that have nice lyrics, I'll put it there. Go check it out.

There something brewing around here...

For My Sunday Readers
I know I have readers that come here to read my blog like the Sunday Times. They just read it once a week, but it's that once a week that sums up the week for them. Well, I'll try to update this place on Sat so that my Sun n Mon readers would have something to look forward to. But usually on Sat I would get carried away after a soccer match and may become one sided. So we'll see. It isn't coincidence that I also reflect on Sundays.

So.... where are we. The week is about to begin for me. A tough, but short one. But there's more than that. Short cos it's my 3 day week, which occurs on alternate weeks, but tough cos there more than school work to tend to. There datelines to meet and milestones waiting ahead. Well, I always like pushing things to the eleventh hour, so let's just say I have an hour more to finish my things.

However, I can't seem to find the inertia to start doing all of them. Like I'm missing something and waiting for something to happen. Yet at the same time, I keep reflecting what had happened. In short, I guess I'm stoning. Oh well, I read once one way to kill procrastination is to tell yourself that you'll do it for only 5mins. Before you know it, you broke tht inertia and you're on your way....so off I go now...

And So The Schedule Goes Like This
It was a full day on Monday. 8am - 6pm. 3 lectures back to back, followed a 4 hour lab. Grab lunch when one of the lecture ends early, eat in the following one. The night before, gotta prepare the lab report to hand in. Then in between shuttling all the LTs, gotta find time to print the lab report and notes for the day because they never appear until like the weekend where the printers will be closed.

So, my first full Monday. When I got back for dinner in hall, I headed straight for the comm hall for dinner first before going up to my room. After checking email, and my downloads, I started stoning at the monitor. I thought, rest for 5 mins before going to bathe. Next thing I knew, I slept till midnite when my friend called me to ask if I was free. Of course I was, and then I did my stuff till like 4am then sleep again.

Today woke up for bfast before heading for 10am lesson. Got back with lunch before doing up some stuff, caught a movie then took a nap before the night activities began. Dinner as usual, then off for the games, which dragged till late. Had to update the website after that. Spent quite a while to try to change some things but to no avail. Then realise I had homework to settle. So here I am blogging before hitting the books. It's already 2.30, and I got a 8am lesson ahead. Seems like the days aren't as discrete as they are, they're more continuous nowadays.

Why is the question.
Excuses are all there is.
It's time to change the game,
when the score is still nil.
Halftime is looming,
A goal now would put hearts at rest.

3rd Week of School
I guess i won't have much time to say such things like 'going to school' soon. It's like my life's taking a turn and I'm so aware of it. Usually they just hit u in the face and you deal with it. But now I feel like time kinda slowed down and there a chance to think. Which comes back to how I seem to be thinking a lot lately. Somehow, after the whole SEP, I seem to be trained to think much faster now. So much so, I have time to stone and wait for others to take action. But then again, my actions have to be much faster to catch up with my thoughts. Basically, I have to stop sitting around and start doing things. For one, it's start studying. The tutorials are starting to begin, and the percentages are beginning to count. So the war begins.

The first week was still slack and settling some modules. The timetable was slowly to reveal itself and telling me this sem I might have a 4 day week. The 2nd week it told me that on alternate weeks, it's a 3 day week instead, with thur n fri free. So it seems that there's space to add more modules in to fill up the time. Or the time would end up for the hall in the end.

The food hunt has begun, with of course the trip to Blk 85 a must and done. There's still places to go, but gotta get my scheduling right. Still trying to adjust to the Singapore time estimation. I did it to perfection back then and also in HK, gotta get my groove back. Haiz...busy busy busy...

With the responsibilities coming in, it seems the weight of the world is bearing on me once more. I can still remember how weary I looked before I left hall and how happy I was when I returned. Now I'm in between. At least some things never change, although a lot did as my stay in hall grew longer and I begin to realise.

Oh well, I've said it's like going back to hell, and so far, it's just the first few levels.

As the world bears down on me,
there are secrets I've got to keep.
Responsibilities to uphold,
people to meet.
Much hasn't changed,
or so I thought.
The longer I stay,
the harder the battle is fought.
But harder I'll fight,
for I know how hard it'll be,
For what you want to get,
It is meant to be.

I'm Back.... With A Vengeance.

A new year, a new start. Plans are all in place. Time to take action.

People must be wondering where the hell I've been for the past few days. I knew ppl were trying to call and email, 2 of the things which I haven't got the past few days until yesterday. To cut things short, I was China after Christmas and then flew back to Singapore immediately after. I'll talk about this shortly. Still yet to upload the photos.

Anyway, I'll be linking some of my old posts which are still drafts and were things I wanted to say before coming back to Singapore. The links aren't working yet till I've finished writing them. So check back often.

1. To tie things up, the huge recap from Shanghai to New Year's Eve.->All Good Things Must Come To An End<-

2. The HK food blog. (this will take a while)

3. Thots in HK.

4. The crazy hunt that nobody some one tried. (Haiz....) ->The original post<- For this, I've actually typed some clues in black and put them at the end of my posts. It was suppose to lead you to the post which I've linked up now. Anyway, read it then you'll know. Then watch my 67 Potato Chips for more. Anyway, you can try this by highlighting after this, you can't see it until u highlight it.

5. (more to come)

As always, it's good to tie up the loose ends of last year before starting a new one.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.
