Numbering My Days
I've just been trying to mark all the dates I'm gonna be busy with, settling all the appointments and all, and I realise that I my days are full all the way liaoz. Looks like it's gonna be a busy month ahead. Stuff to do here n there. Don't think there's time to think either. But will try to find time here and there.

In the mean time. There's tons of movies coming out in the summer. Ironman, Incredible Hulk, Batman Gotham Knight, Hellboy 2. And tht's just comic heroes alone. So see how. Everyone's going on their grad trips, I'm starting work. Everyone's doing their own thing nowadays, where got time to meet up n catch a simple movie?

Chinglish
If you thought our singlish was bad, check this out.

Click to get a better read on it.
What happens here is that it literally translated word for word from chinese to english, hence the mix mash. Seriously, if I'm ever opening a restaurant and I can't name my dishes, I might resort to this method.

I Can Leave The World Behind....
What an eventful week eh. Just when I thought I could post regularly, start coasting and easing into my new job in 2 weeks time, some things just gotta happen. But I guess, the timing was in a sense right. Before or after that would have been even worst. Have you ever watch a TV show when in the final episodes everything came together and you realise that it was part of a bigger plan all along? I kinda felt like I'm in one big plan right now. Everything that was said and done had lead to this. And the time was now. Shan't elaborate for now. There a few things to settle.

First off, movies. Yahoo movies had a few articles recently. Lists that had a theme which was quite cool.
End-Of-Earth-Day - Earth Day just passed and why not talk about movies that destroy the Earth in more ways than one.

10 Most Historically Inaccurate Movies - Now, there's a reason why ur teacher told u read books and not learn from the movies.

Hollywood Cars - It's a dream to get one of these cars.

Will talk more as the days goes by. Long days ahead.

The Little Mermaid: Part 3
She had her friends, I had mine. I was preoccupied, so was she.

I didn't bother much, as the opportunity didn't occur to me at that time. I just went about my daily routine. Routine, that was what it became when I was year 2. You knew what to expect, you knew what you had to do, you knew what the consequences would be. Somehow, as I look back now, I don't seem to remember what I did in year 2, only memories of year 1 and 3 fill my head.

Maybe it was the aftermath of the block elections that year. The people made their choice and I let them decided on what I was to be. The past year had been long and hard, and my studies was still just above the tide level to stay afloat, after a horrifying start.

So I guess my year 2 was spent recuperating and healing the wounds of battle. Routine then. Just for the moment, and then forgotten. It was like a planning stage for the next year. There was stepping up to higher positions in hall, there was student exchange to think about, and also what to concentrate in life science in year 3. It was like your future was dawning upon you and you had to lay the bricks on your path as it was drawing nearer and nearer. Everything else was routine. The events, the photos for memories, the long nights in the lounge. All routine as I think about what's ahead.

The only major events that I remembered were when my friends approached me for JCRC, and it was heartbreaking rejecting them for SEP. But I had to make a choice. Then it was Rag and all about Rag. That's all.

I still remember how I was recruited. And how my heart was saying one thing to everyone and how my head was sitting on the other side of the fence. I knew I was going to fight a losing war, but if you don't show it, and instil belief in everyone, there was hope that you might win it. In the end, although we didn't win it, I believe we won their hearts. And that to me, was a priceless victory.

However, I guess the reason why I remembered Rag so well was because this was the time when I made a promise to myself. That despite having your heart and head going different directions, I had to only show what my heart wanted. While my head could only reflect in quiet moments in my room. It was hard, yes, and it's in these tough moments that you remember them the most.

This didn't just applied to Rag alone, it applied to her as well.

Shaken, and Stirred
Check out the video in the link of a post from a blog I frequent.

This is gonna raise a few eyebrows among my readers. I'm sure of that. Word of caution first: If it pissed u off, I'm sorry about it. Some might laugh about it, like I did. But I think few will.

So tread carefully on this one. Would like to hear your comments.

On a side note. As I was thinking about yesterday's post, I realised that I forgot to continue my story on the Little Mermaid. So, I'll work on that too.

The Teaser
I'll be going a Battlestar Galactica marathon soon. So don't see me that soon. I would recommend the show though. Definitely worth the watch. The title might sound very sci-fi, but don't let it mislead you. There's actually more drama about love, loyalty, religion, faith, psychology and prophecies than your usual science mambo jumbo.

Anyway, I know that reading week is round the corner and that's when tons of people blogsurf just to cheat-themselves-that-they-are-still-studying-and-not-making-the-effort-to-go-out-and-have-a-better-break. Then they tell you it their chance to catch up with what their friends are doing but yet not even meet or talk to them. Sad isn't it? So, to satisfy these lost souls who would be seeing the light sooner than taking the bus to the nearest MRT station, I'll be blogging more often for you guys, and in it, there'll be stories to tell. Inspired from friends and also of my own experience.

So stay tuned to fine out.

Four Oh Fore
Now let's see, my ads seem to only catch the word sailing. Everything else I talk about seems irrelevant. Oh well, continue to support by clicking on them k?

4th April. March was quite a ride for me. Although I didn't get much work, I got my work cut out cos of the unusual weather. Realized that never find a job where it is controlled by the weather. You won't get paid on a regular basis. But right now, the problem is that I'm heading that direction. So see how it goes.

The interviews are also coming in. Not gonna say much for now cos there's nothing much to say either. I think by May or June I'll have a better idea how the rest of my year is panning out to be. Lotsa stuff going on....

Started watching Battlestar Galactica. Got addicted on the first episode. Cleared one season, watching season two, got one more to go before season four starts like within a few hours. So yup, I'm still downloading shows like a tai-tai watching all the drama serials.

What else? Trying to dl games again. Even though I haven't played the ones I have. Oh well, if you're interested just ask me. Oh and updated the movies as well, but trying to find time to maintain it. There's a backlog everywhere. Clearing always in progress. Almost seeing the light though.

Oh and I've got sailing pics! That's the bunch of us. We basically take turns sailing the boat.

Will leave you with that.
