Mid Term Break in CNY
Mid-term Break in CNY. Discuss...
Seriously, I dun really know if it's good or bad. For one, I get to stay home for a solid week and collect ang baos. Then again, half the week's wasted one 3 public holidays when we could have 1 week holiday and 3 public holidays. Oh well, good chance for everyone to break n recharge i guess.

For me, it's a good chance to go home n sail the seas there, I feel like house arrest in hall sia. After the fine, it kinda took it's toll, but i've already found another niche in hall, it was a matter of time actually. It would then shift my workload back home to take on another workload in hall. Anyway, to put things in perspective, if Singapore is gonna have 2 IRs, I'm gonna create Pirate Bay. There won't be any casinos here where u gamble away ur money, but it would make ur money worth. More details soon. Plans are still sketchy.

Back to the actual CNY. The night before was always the reunion dinner. As usual, a formality to have dinner with my grandma. Prayed at the stroke of midnight to usher in the new year. Then it's off to sleep for the big day ahead.
First day, morning runs to the temples to pray. Then it's off to visit the other half of the family. Spent lunch over there and took a few photos of the baby cousins. The whole place perks up whenever u have a baby around. I'll upload the photos soon. They're super adorable sia..
Spent the later half of the afternoon back at home, nursing the dls. A few of Dad's friends came over. But didn't stay over for dinner. Talked quite a bit, the usual stuff. Kinda update each other what's going on the past year. After they left, then had dinner, then watch Harry Potter on ch5. Kinda enjoyed it still. Caught up with the rest of cable tv as well. ESPN had the NBA all star slam dunk competition n 3 pt shoot out. Miss those days with Michael Jordan around.
Then it's back to nursing the dls. Looks like the winds are picking up. Should be smooth sailing the next few days, if the weather holds up. Not like the freak rain this afternoon, really doused the mood for a moment.
So, with basically nothing to do at home. I guess it's the right time to start studying, then think about doing the rest of the chapalang stuff I've been planning.
Without further ado, i'd like to excuse myself to my study...

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE
